Ayan Biswas is a PhD student in the Elmore Family School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University, conducting research in the SPARCLab advised by Prof. Shreyas Sen.

Ayan’s research envisions a future where implantable medical devices seamlessly connect to wearable hubs through secure, ultra-low-power body networks, enabling real-time health monitoring without invasive procedures. By bridging electronics and biology, this work aims to detect life-threatening conditions early, empower patients with proactive care, reduce healthcare costs, and make advanced monitoring accessible to all—transforming how we prevent crises and sustain well-being.

Recent publications include IEEE EMBS BSN and IEEE MTT-S MAPCON. See all publications.
